Full service health care facility providing family centred primary care, health promotion and health education * team of professionals include doctors, nurse practitioners, social workers/therapists, and health promoters * family medicine and counselling * youth programs * Diabetes Education, Hepatitis C support services * GAIN (Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network) * Indigenous child and family programs, Indigenous youth programs * community development programs * early years programming * locations in Ajax, Whitby, Pickering, and Oshawa

Community Health Health Promotion and Community Development Services Team * supporting a healthy community through programs, individual appointments, community development strategies, presentations and working with community partners * addressing sexual and reproductive health, chronic disease prevention and management, community and youth engagement

Counselling services Individual and group counselling, early intervention program for youth facing symptoms of depression and anxiety

Dietitian services One on one appointments or group support to focus on every aspect of healthy eating and weight management, with a Registered Dietitian

Indigenous Programs Run by Carea's Indigenous Team

LGBTQ programs and support

Medical services Weekday appointments, some evening hours provided by Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and Physicians, on-call assistance available round the clock for registered clients * Hepatitis C Team, Diabetes Education Team and Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) Team and smoking cessation.

Parent Support Educational workshops for parents, individual appointments to help with parenting issues, respite care (Oshawa site)

Young Parent Support Support for young parents and their children * individual support from a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, and Health Promoter for all of parenting, pregnancy, nutrition and breastfeeding needs * groups include Food 4 Thought, Babysteps, Precious Connections and 4 Real

Youth Outreach services Reaching out to under-serviced youth in the community, mobile, connecting clients with the services and supports they need
