DescriptionVolunteer adult mentors support opportunities for friendship and personal development 
to young people in the community 
 
 
Traditional Match Program  
One-to-one program that involves matching a child "at risk" between the ages of 5 to 14 with a screened adult volunteer * meet for 3 to 4 hours each week in the community 
 
In-School Mentoring Program  
One-to-one mentorship between a volunteer adult mentor with a child from Kindergarten to grade 9 * mentorship takes place for one hour each week on school property throughout the school year 
 
Go Girls!/Game On! 
Site-based group programs – separate programs for girls and boys ages 11-14 delivered in schools * children participate in a physical activity, learn about healthy eating while enjoying a nutritious snack, and engage in discussion and reflection that promotes healthy self-esteem and positive mental health  
 
Big Bunch 
Group program takes place once a month for children on the Traditional Match waiting list and for children who are considered “hard to serve”
