Description (Service) Support to individuals with an intellectual disability and their family * information and support to advocate and assist in obtaining the appropriate resources and services for their family member and strengthen family involvement * service coordination, education advocacy, assistance with funding applications, long and short-term planning support * links to crisis treatment centre, group homes, day programs and individualized supports, supported employment
