Application	By telephone to arrange a visit from a client service team * the email account is checked periodically, clients will receive help much faster by phoning

Description	Helps families facing homelessness * assists in any way which would end or prevent homelessness * one-time assistance for rent/mortgage payments to help families move-into or stay in their own homes * occasionally able to provide assistance with vocational training or other incidental expenses * associated with other agencies in Durham who can provide additional support with daily necessities
