DescriptionScreens and supports adult volunteers who serve as adult role models for children 6-18 years through fun and friendhsip 
 
Traditional Matches 
One to one matching * provides adult volunteers, over the age of 18 to children (6yrs - 18yrs) who need a positive role model * weekly contact for a minimum one year commitment  
 
In School Mentoring Program 
Matches an elementary school child (ages 6-14 years) to an adult volunteer during the school year * friendship for one hour a week, during school hours, on the school property * volunteers may play outside, use the school gym, play board games * NB not an academic tutoring program 
 
Couples for Kids 
Boys and Girls ages 6-18 are matched with an established couple who share their time together with the child * benefits the child immensely by exposing him or her to a caring, respectful adult relationship 
 
Big Bunch Program 
Boys and Girls 6-18 years of age, who are waiting to be matched with a Big Brother or Sister, participate in group activities with other children who are also waiting to be matched * each leader provides support to 4 children in the group activities 
 
Go Girls! 
Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, group mentoring program * address the physical activity, balanced eating and positive self-image needs of young women ages 12-14  
 
Game On! 
Eat Smart-Play Smart -Live Smart * mentor support for male adolescents * information and support to make informed choices about a range of healthy lifestyle practices * friendship, guidance and sharing
