Areas Served Cambridge ; Durham Region ; Kitchener ; Middlesex County ; Ottawa ; Simcoe County ; Waterloo ; York Region ; Services are located across York Region, Simcoe County, Middlesex-Oxford, TriCities, Durham-Peterborough and Ottawa Region
Eligibility Self referral * referral from individuals interacting with or representing persons who are deafblind * referrals Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS), Canadian Deafblind Association (CDBA), W. Ross Macdonald School or other support organizations, associations
for MCSS-funded Intervenor Services, an applicant must demonstrate to: - Have a diagnosis of hearing and visual impairment that is non-corrective - Be a resident of Ontario; and, - Be at least 18 years of age
