Description (Service) Information and referral for adults with developmental disabilities* forms and application assistance for those living in Central East Region, which includes the Regional Municipality of York, Regional Municipality of Durham, Simcoe County, Peterborough, County, Northumberland, Haliburton County and the City of Kawartha Lakes

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
To confirm eligibility for MCSS (Ministry of Community and Social Services) funded adult developmental services and supports, you will need to provide Developmental Services Ontario, Central East Region with documents that show: 
1. You have a developmental disability 
2. You are 18 years of age or older 
3. You live in Ontario
