Description (Service) A toll-free government service concerning long-term care homes and Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) in Ontario * handles concerns and registers complaints about long-term care homes and LHIN * initial calls are answered by ACTION Line staff * callers can also have their complaints forwarded to an Independent Complaints Facilitators (ICF)
