DescriptionAssists female abuse survivors and their children as they deal with family law issues * individual information, support and referral on family law system * legal accompaniment * ten week group gives insight and understanding about issues related to family law * access to extensive print and video resources * consultation, education and training to the service community and general public

Information on the family court process * assistance in documenting the history of abuse for family court proceedings * referral to specialized services and supports in the community * safety planning * court accompaniment to proceedings when appropriate

Luke's Place is named in memory of Luke, a 3 ½ year old boy who was murdered by his father on his first unsupervised access visit in August of 1997
