Description	LINC -- Participates in LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada), upon assessment by Community Development Council Durham * child minding available    Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program (ISAP) -- assists newcomers to Canada * Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program supports newly arrived immigrants during the first year in Canada * information and referral for immigrants - economic, social, health, cultural, educational and recreational services in Durham Region * help with banking, shopping, everyday tasks * interpreters/translators available * help with resumes and job-searching skills * non-therapeutic counselling * services are free, confidential and culturally sensitive    English as a second language (ESL) classes * citizenship classes
