EligibilityMust be 18 or older to apply for a permit * participants can be any age
ApplicationAdditionally, proof of liability insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000 with the Durham District School Board as an added insured is required for use of any school facility * can be purchased through the Community Use of Schools office
FeesService - Fee varies according to service
DescriptionMost classrooms, gymnasiums, auditoriums and the Education Centre of the Durham District School Board are available to serve the community provided they are not previously engaged * alcoholic beverages are allowed with a special occasion permit in the Education Centre only (subject to board policy 1310.1) * fees vary for profit and non profit organizations and are revised annually
