DescriptionCope Mental Health Program supports adults with emotional and mental health issues 
 
Individual Support  
Trained volunteers provide clients with emotional support and help in acquiring life and coping skills * clients determine the goals they want to achieve to help them live successfully in the community  
 
Group Support 
For caregivers and people experiencing depression and anxiey * groups are co-facilitated by staff and volunteers * topics for discussion are decided by the group members * social recreation groups * opportunity for adults to meet in supportive settings and gain social skills and self esteem
