CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS 
Children's After School Programs - a neighbourhood safe place for sports, recreation, character development, leisure and creative activities during the after school hours * nutrition breaks served each day at 3:15 pm including hot meals 2 evenings per week * homework helpers support children in grades one to eight * enrichment classes in music, art, dance and drama are available September to June 
 
Fitkidz - for elementary school aged children * a wide variety of physical activities for fun and improved fitness * performance arts, sports skill development and nature based activities 
 
Confident Kids early life skills coaching * self esteem, values clarification, assertion, problem solving * stress management, healthy life style habits, dealing with bullying and developing healthy friendship skills  
 
Sun Fun Day Camp * accommodates children ages 6 to 13 during school breaks 
 
Back To School Supplies * back packs and school supplies are distributed in late August early September 
 
FAMILY AND ADULT PROGRAMS 
 
Food Bank Services a three to five day supply of nutritious food to families and adults * information on low cost meals, health, money saving ideas and where to go for help in the community * seasonal clothing and winter wear for children and adults is also available throughout the year 
 
Christmas Food and Toy Drive * Christmas hampers and toys are provided for the holidays to families and vulnerable adults in need * family sponsorships are also arranged for families with special circumstances 
 
Seniors Lunch and Leisure Activities * seniors are invited to enjoy nutritious, low cost lunches, companionship, outings and activities of interest  
 
Engage 360 Youth Basketball and Character Leagues 
 
Winter Family Ski Program (6 weeks starting in January)
