Description100 acre wildlife reserve open to the public * home to 400 different varieties of plants, trees, shrubs and wildflowers, as well as native birds, mammals and fish * 500 metre Dogwood Trail, multi-sensory nature trail developed by GM in cooperation with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind * large print plaques and braille assist visually impaired hikers * preserved due to the efforts of GM, local government, community groups and environmental agencies
Special DescriptionSpecial care was taken to ensure that the GM Canada building height would not interfere with migratory bird flight patterns * computer controlled lighting activated during migration periods
