DescriptionPrograms for children and youth with special needs * pre-school child care centre for children whose needs cannot be met by community child care, including medically fragile children * enhanced staffing support to licensed child care centres * consultation with families on ways to help children 2-12 years with special needs develop new skills, assist with case management * programs in child mental health * coordination services for individuals with complex needs 0-18 years * family networking and social events * Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder committee and caregiver support groups * resource library with books and videos available to clients and the community * Multi-Sensory room on site available for use by RFECY clients
