EligibilityAny member of the public, a resident's family member, someone employed by a home, or a member of the public, can register a complaint about a long-term care home * all complaints are investigated

DescriptionHears concerns and complaints from persons receiving service from Long-Term Care Homes and Community Care Access Centres (CCAC) * refers callers to their CCAC or callers have the option of speaking to an Independent Complaints Facilitator (ICF) to discuss their concerns * if referred to an ICF, they will contact you by telephone within 10 business days * CCACs are responsible for working with their clients to resolve any issues the client may have
