Eligibility	Person who receives or who pays support under support order made by an Ontario court * those under a domestic contract or paternity agreement accompanied by an affidavit * support obligations contained in orders made outside Ontario may also be enforceable
Application	With a court order a filing package is sent to recipient to fill out forms and return to office * packages available from most family courts and through the Family Responsibility Office and website
Fees	Service - Administration fees are charged for non-core services
