Description (Service) On-site early intervention and crisis intervention * safety planning * referrals to community services * enhanced support for vulnerable victims * assistance with applications to VQRP  
Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) -- immediate assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including emergency home safety, accommodation, meals, transportation, dependent care costs, counselling, cellular phones, vision care, crime scene cleanup, and funeral expenses * additional assistance for victims of human trafficking include replacement of government documents, storage locker, dental, tattoo removal, and treatment at a recovery facility * no direct reimbursement to victims 
Support services are available to any self identified victims of crime, regardless of whether they have reported to police  
Specialized Human Trafficking Crisis Intervention Counsellors who help victims/survivors with case management, safety planning, and navigation of services and bureaucracies

Eligibility Victims of crime and tragic circumstances * VQRP -- victims of violent crime who have no other financial resources * can access services even if crime not reported to police
