DescriptionSnow clearing assistance program * assistance in clearing City sidewalks and driveway windrows * service after snowfall of more than 2.5 cm (1") to be completed by midnight the day after the snowfall ends * windrows cleared if at least 20 cam (8") high * service does not include clearing of walkways on private property of for clearing other parts of driveway * windrow is the pile of snow at the bottom of the driveway that is left after a snowplow clears the street
