DescriptionCOPE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM  
Support to adults with emotional and mental health issues* trained volunteers work with clients to provide individual support or help them acquire and apply life and coping skills

Individual Support  
Trained volunteers provide clients with emotional support and help in acquiring life and coping skills * clients determine the goals they want to achieve to help them live successfully in the community  
 
Group Support 
For caregivers and people experiencing depression and anxiety * groups are co-facilitated by staff and volunteers * support groups are psycho-educational, open and ongoing * social recreation groups * bereavement support group * for adults and seniors  
 
Information and referral to other mental health services in the community
