DescriptionCOPE Mental Health Program supports adults with emotional and/or mental health needs 
 
Individual Support  
Trained volunteers provide clients with emotional support and help in acquiring life and coping skills * clients determine goals to achieve to help them live successfully in the community 
 
Group Support 
For caregivers and people experiencing depression and anxiety * groups are co-faciliated by staff and volunteers * support groups are psycho-educational, open and ongoing 
 
Information and referral on mental health services in the community
Special DescriptionAnnual Community Care Durham Walk for Mental Health in May, and events that educate the public and support those living with mental and emotional concerns
