A resident of Whitby who 65 years or older without an able bodied person living in the residence under the age of 65 
 
A resident of Whitby who is certifies by a medical doctor to be disabled without an able-bodied person living in the residence under the age of 65 
 
Documentation must be included with application
ApplicationApplication forms are available at the Town of Whitby Seniors' Activity Centre at 801 Brock Street South Whitby * the residence will be added to the Snow Removal list within ten (10) days of submission of an eligible application
DescriptionSnow clearing service to eligible seniors and the disabled * snow clearing from driveways and the windrow created by the snow plows * driveway access and parking for one vehicle is cleared and walkway access to the dwelling starts within 36 hours after a 10cm (5") snowfall ends
