DutiesBoard member for Literacy Council of Durham Region (LCDR) * provide governance and strategic planning * attend monthly meeting at the Council office and one committee meeting 
Those with a background in Fundraising, Finance and Law and Policy (including, the Corporations Act and the upcoming Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) would be most welcome
