Administrative support to the foundation team * file, telephone, documents, photocopy * monitor social media and provide support * communicate with volunteers, maintain and update email * coordinate Flag raising, proclamation and delegation requests and grant and funding lists * maintain and update award lists, complete award applications * attend Community and Program Events * help maintain office * recruit, schedule and track volunteer hours with monthly reports to the foundation * manage membership and sponsor lists * coordinate community events (adopt the park) and other projects * human resources and other administrative duties
Role 1 (A more Creative Role) – 2 roles available: updating the marketing aspects of our Web Page * create and update marketing materials such social media postings on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter * develop and design innovative and engaging social media content * develop and maintain a social media calendar
Role 2 (A more Technical Role) – 1 Role available: conduct market research * track all marketing initiatives and create weekly/monthly reports with Google Studio, Analytics, social media reporting * determine target markets and their various characteristics and needs * update marketing metric reports from MailChimp and salesforce * investigate and keep us up to date with what the competition is doing
