How You Can Help:
- Provide psychosocial support to help children develop coping skills and build resilience.
- Provide fun, educational, creative, and safe experiences for children.
- Commit to a minimum of six (6) months to ensure stability during a parent’s cancer treatment and recovery.
- Offer four (4) hours of childcare support per week to the same family in your area.

Qualifications:
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Police Information Check.
- At least one year of professional childcare experience (babysitting, teaching, tutoring, etc.). Experience caring for a sibling or relative does not qualify unless you are a parent or grandparent.
- Experience supporting children with autism or knowledge of ABA is a plus.
- Must reside in Ontario.

The RMG Learning and Engagement Department is currently looking for volunteers to assist with the delivery of a variety of educational programming including children's art classes and family events! Assisting the Learning and Engagement Department is an excellent way to learn about a range of artistic techniques and practices, as well as gain valuable practical experience working with children of all ages. Position Summary: Art with a Heart Inc. is seeking individuals to join its Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and support for the organization's mission and activities. Key Responsibilities
Depending upon experience and interest, individuals could take on one or more of the following responsibilities:

- Experience in nonprofit governance, leadership, or relevant fields (e.g., arts administration, social services, business management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions.
- Availability to attend board meetings, committee meetings, and special events as required.
Oshawa Little Theatre (OLT), a non-profit community theatre, is seeking experienced, volunteer Props Leads for each of three musical theatre productions in its upcoming 2025-2026 season: "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee", "Shrek" and "The Full Monty". Leads for the first two shows are needed almost immediately for part-time volunteer hours, reporting to the respective Production Teams.
Property Leads should be able to:
- identify, with Production teams, cast and script, all props requires for production
- lead Props Assistants to meet production schedule
- research, source and acquire props from a variety of sources
- with Props Asssistants, design and craft props which may need to be handmade, using a variety of media
- be available as needed (with some flexibility and independence of action) through rehearsal period and for show run of 3-4 weekends to assign, organize and oversee props by scene and character
- work within production budget for props
Assist staff with social and recreational activities * work one on one with a client * help with meal preparation, serving meals and other kitchen duties
