The role provides a warm welcome to clients, families and visitors. Answers general questions, provides wayfinding, may assist with answering calls, and administrative/clerical tasks.
We are seeking someone with Administration, Reception or Office Management education or experience to support our Foundation. This is a volunteer position. We welcome career professionals, graduates, near graduates, and internships. This is a great way to allow us to help the community, while gaining or sharing expertise in the field.
HIGHLIGHTS include * file, answer inbound calls, typing, photocopying maintain and update email * maintain our lists and databases* assist with Community and Program Events * schedule and track volunteer hours with monthly reports to the foundation *coordinate community events (adopt the park) and other projects *
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests to the office * perform clerical tasks including reception, answering phones, greeting clients and visitors to the the office, and assist with financial data entry.
