● Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of all services provided by the nonprofit, ensuring they meet the needs of the target populations.

● Act as a liaison between the nonprofit and external stakeholders, including clients, funders, government agencies, and community leaders.
Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement
● Develop and implement systems to track and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of services, ensuring continuous improvement.
● Use data and feedback to assess the quality and outcomes of services, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
● Provide regular reports on service delivery and outcomes to the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
● Conduct needs assessments and stay informed about community trends to ensure services remain relevant and impactful.
Financial and Resource Management
● Develop and manage budgets for services, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
● Ensure that services operate within budget parameters while maximizing the impact of available resources.
● Work closely with the fundraising and development teams to secure funding for services and ensure that grants and donations are used effectively to support program delivery.
Compliance and Best Practices
● Ensure that services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
● Implement best practices for service delivery, including client confidentiality, data management, and ethical standards.
● Stay informed about relevant legal, regulatory, and policy changes that affect service delivery and ensure that the organization remains in compliance.

Make a Difference in a Child's life, Become a Virtual Volunteer Angel!
Do you want to support families impacted by cancer? Can you commit two (2) hours per week to providing psychosocial support to a child in need? Join Nankind and help lessen the impact of cancer on families by offering virtual childcare support.
How You Can Help:
- Provide psychosocial support to help children develop coping skills and build resilience.
- Provide fun, educational, creative, and safe virtual experiences for children.
- Commit to a minimum of six (6) months to ensure stability for families during a parent’s treatment and recovery.
- Offer two (2) hours of childcare support per week to the same family.

Position Summary: Art with a Heart Inc. is seeking individuals to join its Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and support for the organization's mission and activities. This volunteer position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and impact of an organization dedicated to using the Arts as a catalyst for positive change in peoples lives.
Key Responsibilities
Depending upon experience and interest, individuals could take on one or more of the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Participate actively in strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure the organization achieves its mission and goals.
- Governance Oversight: Provide fiduciary oversight and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Fundraising and Advocacy: Support fundraising efforts and advocate for the organization's mission in the community.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage personal and professional networks to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Committee Involvement: Serve on board committees as needed, such as finance, governance, fundraising, or program committees.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and values of Art with a Heart Inc.
- Experience in nonprofit governance, leadership, or relevant fields (e.g., arts administration, social services, business management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and make informed decisions.
- Availability to attend board meetings, committee meetings, and special events as required.
