Tags has been helping rehome animals for over 30 years. TAGS Mission is to provide rehoming and medical care to displaced companion animals and to support the community in the areas of humane education, behavior counselling, the promotion of responsible pet ownership and meeting the needs of animals.

Responsibility:

• Coordinate the foster recruitment process from end to end 

• Conduct the final foster interview and home visit (virtual or in-person)

• Make the decision on whether to accept the applicant into the TAGS foster program

• Onboard the new foster 

• Manage andmaintain the foster tracker in Google Docs 
• Facilitate Foster Orientations for new fosters.  This is an interactive session that can be held in-person at TAGs or virtually. Fosters are required to attend orientation - it’s not optional. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Email, Google Docs etc.
