Team Leadership and Development

● Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial operations, and enhance organizational efficiency.
Board and Stakeholder Engagement
● Support the Board of Directors in its financial oversight role by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.

Committee members take ownership of fundraising and contribute significantly to TCEP corporate sponsorship, personal giving, fundraising events and other campaigns. They leverage personal or professional networks, practice event planning skills, and help get people excited about healthy wholesome food! The committee convenes once every 4 to 6 weeks, and members are expected to attend at least 75% of those meetings.

Oshawa Little Theatre (OLT), a non-profit community theatre, is seeking experienced, volunteer Props Leads for each of three musical theatre productions in its upcoming 2025-2026 season: "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee", "Shrek" and "The Full Monty". Leads for the first two shows are needed almost immediately for part-time volunteer hours, reporting to the respective Production Teams.
Property Leads should be able to:
- identify, with Production teams, cast and script, all props requires for production
- lead Props Assistants to meet production schedule
- research, source and acquire props from a variety of sources
- with Props Asssistants, design and craft props which may need to be handmade, using a variety of media
- be available as needed (with some flexibility and independence of action) through rehearsal period and for show run of 3-4 weekends to assign, organize and oversee props by scene and character
- work within production budget for props
