Duties
  • Provide support to Outreach Coordinator and Fundraising Coordinator for event planning and outreach activities
  • Working with the coordinators to help schedule volunteers for events and working with the foster coordinator to line up adoptable pets for events
  • Work closely with Social Media Coordinator to advertise and promote events, along with summary of events after events are complete (including funds raised)
  • Accountable for ensuring funds raised from events are submitted to TAGS administration in a timely manner
  • Updating outreach documents on SharePoint on a regular basis
