Duties | The Board of Directors oversee Community Care Durham’s affairs within the framework of applicable laws and standards as they relate to Mission, Vision and Values, Leadership and Succession Planning, Risk and Quality Assurance and Community Connections.
Candidates should have knowledge and understanding of the non-profit sector and be aware of the community supports services in Durham Region. |

Clients | Community Care Durham (CCD) is a multi-service registered charitable organization providing a broad range of community support services for adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health throughout Durham Region. We assist clients with services that support independence, health and quality of life and help clients to remain in their own homes – where they want to live. |
