| Duties | Office Hero Volunteer Office Heroes provide support to the administrative team. They are the face of our organization as a greeter a tteh front desk, answering phones and attending to emails. Office heroes provide a variety of administrative duties and general office tasks as needed to support all departments. Duties include; Greeting and directing visitors, triageing inquiries. Clerical Tasks; answering phones, attending to emails, making calls, sending emails and TEAMS messages,and using intake forms. Assist with collection of donations and gifts in kind. Procurement of office supplies, janitorial supplies, and kitchen supplies. Maintain front lobby, sign in book, sanitizing and light disinfecting throughout the office, tidying the kitchen. Set up rooms with beverages for group sessions, offering clients beverages while awaiitng service. Other duties as assigned.
